I was offered a room with pleasant views on the mountains.

The value for money was great, and the room was really comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the church and apparition hill. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

the hotel was absolutely gorgeous and wonderful with marvellous location close to the restaurant on a number of occasions, and church and apparition hill. the food they offered was great, had a huge variety of meals.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and Apparition Hill. The breakfast buffet had an incredible variety of options, including fresh fruits, cereals, breads, and delicious omelettes. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even providing a take away breakfast bag for our early morning departure. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the staff, especially Lydia, were friendly and pleasant to deal with. The hotel also had board games available for children, making it a great choice for families. We felt safe and secure during our stay, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. Additionally, the gift shop was a nice touch. We cannot wait to return to this excellent hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The food was delicious and we enjoyed every meal. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to the center and within walking distance to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing a takeaway breakfast bag for our early morning departure. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay.

The spa closing early and the need to pay extra for spa facilities were also drawbacks. the bed had a soft mattress that caused discomfort and back pain.

the hotel in medjugorje was amazing! the spa facilities were top-notch and the staff at reception were so friendly. i had a hot stones massage that was absolutely incredible. also, the location was perfect for visiting the church and apparition hill.

Hairdryer didn't work.

We stayed at a hotel that was in a great location, within walking distance of everything. Getting to the airport was easy because the bus stop was just a few minutes away. Our room was clean and comfortable with friendly staff who always helped us when we needed anything. Breakfast was basic but fresh, and the spa and chapel were great facilities to have.

The hotel restaurant was closed during our stay, but there were many restaurants nearby to choose from.

The hotel was very modern and clean, which we loved. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, which made our romantic escape even more special. We particularly enjoyed the selection of food available at breakfast, including the hot food options made to order. The location was also great, with easy access to key attractions in the area.

We were a bit disappointed that there was no kettle in the room, as we love having tea before bed. there were a few small issues with the room, such as a smell of stale smoke and broken light bulbs.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is not in the center but it is still in a convenient location to take the bus to the airport. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the location to the church was fantastic, as it was within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Everything was fantastic.

Spent Easter at a lovely hotel in the charming town, situated right in between the church and the hill. The views of the vineyards from the room were amazing and the food served was scrumptious, especially the breakfast. The staff was always on their toes, ready to help us out at any given time. They were very kind and accommodating, making our stay very comfy.

The only downside was that we had to keep going back to the restaurant for hot water. They didn't provide us with a jug of hot water in our room, but that was alright.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the church and Apparition Hill. The staff treated us with courtesy and were very helpful.

Breakfast delights, but an option for an English breakfast would have been nice.
